🥣 Feel-Full Raita – The Raita That Feels Like a Meal!

Not just a side dish — this one keeps you full for hours.
Cool, crunchy, and loaded with fiber, healthy fat & protein.



📝 Recipe:

* ½ cup cucumber (square cut)
* ½ cup carrot (square cut)
* 2 tbsp hung curd
* 2 tbsp green chutney (see my pinned recipe)
* 9–10 lightly crushed peanuts
* 1 tsp soaked chia seeds
* Pink salt to taste
* A pinch of roasted jeera powder
* Garnish with mint leaves

👉 Mix everything well & serve chilled!

💚 Green Chatpata Chutney – Quick, Fresh & Gut-Friendly!
Pair it with cheelas, khakhras or veggie sticks for a perfect tangy twist!

✨ Ingredients:
* 1 bunch fresh coriander (dhania)
* 2–3 green chillies
* 1 inch ginger
* ½ tsp roasted jeera powder
* Salt to taste
* Juice of 1 lemon
* 2 tbsp whisked curd

👉 How to make:
Blend all ingredients into a smooth chutney.
That’s it – no cooking, no waiting! 💫
