DrSrinivasan,our founder was an Invited Speaker at the ‘Head and Neck Cancer Summit’, Chennai.The International Federation of Head and Neck Oncologic Societies (IFHNOS) is probably the largest group of head and Neck surgeons in the world. That the IFHNOS chose to keep a talk on prosthetic reconstruction in the main hall of the conference was a proud privilege for us and also an indicator of the paradigm shift in the increasing importance being given to discussions on this topic.

Dr.Srinivasan spoke on the ‘Impact of Technology in Oral-Facial Rehabilitation’ to a packed and interested audience. His talk centred around how technology can be effectively harnessed to make remote healthcare delivery a reality and in the process make rehabilitation affordable and accessible to those who need it most.
Heartfelt gratitude to Dr.Jatin Shah for the invitation.Lastly it was a wonderful opportunity to meet friends and colleagues for fruitful interactions.

The IHW Council organised the 5th edition of the Cancer summit at the Dr.Ambedkar International Centre,Delhi on the occasion of .

I was invited as a guest speaker to participate in a multidisicplinary panel discussion on the 'Role of AI/Technology in diagnosis and management of Cancer'
has always been associated with surgery, radiation and chemotherapy.Prevention and Rehabilitation are beginning to get some attention in recent times.

Prosthetic Reconstruction and Rehabilitation would be pivotal in enhancing and reintegration of patients back into society. The judicious use of can go a long way in enhancing and affordability and making rehabilitation available to patients at the bottom of the pyramid.

Technologies like AI/ML,Mixed Reality,CAD,3D Printing will shape the workflow in Head and Neck Rehabilitation in the near future and ensure equitable rehabilitation. The need of the hour are multi/interdisciplinary interactions and creation of a consortium, addressing all stake holders.
