Qualification of Managers or Entrepreneurs:
We are inviting people who have current salary more than Rs. 12 lakhs per year or entrepreneur earning profit of more than Rs. 6 lakhs per year. We will only take people in the team who are capable of working as manager and handle the sales executive team of 5 to 20 people.
Aim:
The aim of the project is to achieve financial freedom and grow together in such a way that we can live balanced life and at the same time utilize ourselves 100% for betterment of India.
To create an environment where we can do what is right to do instead of doing what we have to do.

The Project:
To distribute the monthly requirements of each home directly at home at maximum discount.
Salient Feature of the Project:
Rs. 50 Lakhs available as unsecured loan which is more than enough to implement and run the technology for 12 months.
Complete Technology required to run the project is available.
Finance required to pay salary to sales executive for first 2 Lakhs home is available.
10 people team working fulltime and more and more are joining to work full time or part time.
50 people team is available to work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. This team will be working full time for initial 10 days to handle the team of sales executive when the project is launched and when we are approaching the customers.
The above mentioned investment to be refunded or payment of service to be done only when, we have profit and enough cash flow to return the same. If in any case, project does not work the investment amount and payment of services is not being done.
No investment or financial risk to people involved in evolving the proposed projected idea.

Betterment of India:
100% profit of this project will be utilized for betterment of India.
Project will make sure that it will stop the money going out of India through companies like Amazon, Alibaba and many more ecommerce companies funded by foreign companies.
Process:
Get the monthly requirement of each home i.e. products and quantity. On basis of this, system will work out the total quantity required by all customers. Depending on quantity we will get pricing from distributors and manufacturers. This pricing will be added with distribution cost and each customer will get total cost of their monthly requirement. Once we get the pricing based on quantity we will SMS each customer the difference between MRP and our pricing.
If we get 40000 customer the discount to customer will be minimum 20% on M.R.P., which no one can match. If we get lower customers in initial months we will deliver the products through retailer in the area till we reach our target of 40000 customers or minimum order of RS. 10 Crore per month.
We are giving material at home at purchased price + delivery as we do not have any other cost.
To start with Grocery, Medicine and Stationery products with avg. purchase per each home at Rs. 5000/- per month. We can add new product ranges as and when we feel it’s a right time.
No profit in this first process of 40000 customers.
First priority is to get 40000 customers.
Once 40000 customers are finalized every month you have to make sure that you are getting orders from 1000 customers for first 9 months which doesn’t require much work as these products are required by customers every month.
Introducer: is the one who is not available or not qualified to work as a manager for the project. The introducer introduces the people who are capable of becoming manager.
Introducer gets 0.10% of the turnover generated by managers introduced by them for the lifetime.
Responsibility of Managers or Entrepreneur:
They have to create the total value of Rs. 4 Lakhs for the company to get the exclusive rights of the area as per the priority system.
The different way Managers can generate Rs. 4 Lakh value (figure will change from time to time) for the company.
- By hourly working fulltime or part time or on Saturday, Sundays. For this each one will be credited 50% more than their current hourly rate.
- By Introducing people as Introducer
- By calling politicians to meet us in our office. You get credit only if we finalize the understanding with politician.
- By getting people to meet us in office who are interested in taking exclusive rights by paying Rs. 4 Lakhs for exclusive right of particular area. You get credit only if we finalize the understanding.
- Getting order from customers worth Rs. 50 Lakhs (estimated Rs. 5000/- order per customer * 1000 customers) and remaining in contacts with customers for 9 months in a way that you achieve target of Rs. 50 Lakhs per month for the company.
Due to above contribution done allows the one to get exclusive rights and because of this effort done together by all, all the associated managers have opportunity to generate may be up to Rs. 2 Lakhs per month for lifetime.
When will Managers, entrepreneurs or anyone who has taken exclusive rights start getting income?
Once we all launch the project and achieve the target of getting Rs. 10 Crore order in any one month from the initial decided area, we will start delivering goods to additional areas. Once we start delivering goods to additional area whatever sales are made in that area for that 2% of total sales from the exclusive area will be paid to exclusive right owner for lifetime.
Benefit to donors or politicians:
The cost of people and expenses for reaching customers home to home will be given by local donors or politicians as they will get credit of almost 100’s of time in compare to their initial spending which will make sure that people are happy enough to appreciate the donor or politician as because of him they will get minimum benefit of Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 50,000/- in 5 years.

We have more than 150 areas in Pune and another 100 areas surrounding Pune and more than 8000 areas all over India which has capability to generate Rs. 2 Lakhs per month for exclusive right owners.
