Weight loss journey…
Recently I lost a good amount of weight and now I am posting about it the first time…
After the lockdown I had gain 30kg in weight and I felt so under confident because my appetite was so large and I used to get angry whenever food was taken away from me and if someone called me fat. My mom was concerned because I was diagnosed with borderline PCOD (now recovered) and even my relatives and friends would tease me calling me a fatty.
Now I have lost 25kg still more 5kg to go but I want to share these picture of me that I took on my 22nd birthday and I felt so confident with my body and the praise I got for loosing so much weight. I even received an award from the gym I go to recognising the best transformation of the year… I also had my first professional photoshoot and made my modelling portfolio
Thanks all to my Gym Trainer Mohan sir (Unicorn Wellness Gym) my Nutritionist Dr Priyanka (my doc from 360 degree nutrition) and my Cook Durga that helped me with the craving and at each step guided me to get such a wonderful transformation I am praised for and continue to help me achieve my goal

✨ Interactive Session for Parents of Babies (0–12 months) ✨
I had the privilege of conducting an engaging session with parents of little ones (0–12 months) at NiCE, Pune. The session was designed to address some of the most important aspects of early life nutrition like importance of breast feeding, complementary feeding and healthy habit formation. Dietary guidelines to support mothers’ health for better recovery & energy were discussed too.
Introduction to Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) tools and techniques to build rapport, encourage autonomy, and nurture healthy eating patterns right from the start was given.
It was wonderful to see parents actively participate in the session.
Grateful to the NiCE team for the platform and to all the parents for their patient listening.
