Like Poor sleep, Sedentary Activities, and Eating too many Processed or Sugary Foods are just some of the habits that may increase your risk of Weight Gain.

Progress cannot always be measured on the scale, although that too is an indicator of progress.

Having a better control over appetite, feeling better, better mobility, inch loss, increase in confidence... are some aspects that really matter.
