Old people are ridiculed when they talk too much, but it is a blessing : senior citizens should talk more because currently there is no way to prevent memory loss. The only way is to talk more. There are at least 3 benefits of senior citizens talking more.
*First:* Talking activates the brain, because language & thoughts communicate with each other, especially when speaking quickly, this naturally speeds up thinking & improves memory. Non-verbal senior citizens are more likely to develop memory loss.
*Two : _* Talking more relieves stress, prevents mental illness & reduces stress. Often keeping everything in the heart without saying anything, feeling suffocated & uncomfortable, therefore, it is better to give adults a chance to talk more.
*_Three:_* Speech exercises the active muscles of the face, exercises the throat, increases the capacity of the lungs, & reduces the hidden dangers of vertigo & deafness, which damage the eyes and ears.
*_In short,_* As a retiree, that is, a senior citizen, the only way to prevent Alzheimer's is to talk to & actively interact with as many people as you can. There is no other remedy for this.

*Green Chilli Or Red Chilli? Which One Is The Healthier Option*

Chillies work a great deal to spice up our meals. Indian cuisine is known to contain a generous amount of spice, which not only make the food taste better but also provide many health benefits. Loaded with essential minerals and vitamins, chillies are a must-have addition in our day-to-day diet.

*Green chilli vs red chilli...*

Red chillies are nothing but aged green chillies, which turned red and dried up with time. They lose most of their water content and worse, a major chunk of nutrients as well.

Red chillies are usually consumed in powdered form. The process poses the danger of adulteration of the final product. In addition to that, there is always a possibility of store-bought red chilli powder containing added synthetic colour.
