“When the nāḍīs (energy channels) are filled with impurities, prāṇa cannot flow freely.
In such a state, how can prāṇāyāma be successful?”

Today, I had the privilege of sharing this foundational yogic wisdom with 𝐁𝐀𝐌𝐒 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞. We explored why prāṇāyāma is not merely breath control, but a subtle science that begins with 𝐍𝐚̄𝐝̣𝐢̄𝐬́𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐡𝐢—the purification of the inner pathways—so that prāṇa may move freely and expand naturally.

When ancient wisdom is understood alongside modern medical knowledge, the true potential of healing quietly unfolds.

It was a truly heartening experience to be part of the WWC Women’s Cricket Match, a beautiful celebration of strength, discipline, and the rising spirit of women in sports.

I extend my sincere gratitude to the Wagholi Kharadi Premier core team for their vision and for graciously inviting me to be associated with this meaningful initiative. Being entrusted with the honour of presenting the winner’s trophy and receiving a warm felicitation was deeply humbling and memorable.

Such platforms remind us that when communities come together with purpose, they nurture not just athletes—but confidence, leadership, and balance in life. I deeply appreciate the organising committee and commend all the dedicated players who embodied true sportsmanship and grace.

Proud to support and stand with initiatives that empower women through discipline, focus, and collective effort.

🦚 Mayurasana Made Easy

The secret to a light, steady Peacock Pose isn’t only arm power—it’s a firm, active core and set the gaze.

Step 1: Find Your Core Platform
✨ Find the sides of your belly.
✨ Bring your elbows slightly inward to the sides of belly button and brace your core like you’re preparing for a gentle punch. This becomes your “plate-form” to lift from.

Step 2: Set Your Spine & Gaze
👀 Look forward, not down.
🧘‍♂️ This keeps your spine long, steady, and helps your back muscles support the lift.

A journey of soaking in the little things:
Watching the waterfall, feeling the wind, sitting quietly with the mountains, simply playing and being.

This is living for me — not just surviving.

I’m growing into someone I’m proud to be. This version of me? Still evolving, but more alive than ever. 🌿
