How to practice:
- Sit comfortably in Vajrasana or cross-legged.
- Place your palms on the mat or your knees.
- Inhale deeply.
- Exhale with the mouth open, stretch the tongue out, and look at the eyebrow center.
- Hold for 10–15 seconds. Repeat 3–5 times.
