sharing a case of a 60 years old male patient from katras who came to us with 3 months old neglected fracture dislocation of his ankle.He has severe pain and was unable to bear weight.He was treated with Ilizarov fixator and was allowed to walk from next day of surgery.at 3 months his fixator was removed.

A 50 years old patient from UP, came to us with severe knee pain with varus and instability.She developed a stress fracture in right tibia.She was unable to perform even her routine activities.Bilateral Total Knee Replacement has been performed.At 2 months post op She has a pain free gait and performs her daily chores effortlessly.

Sharing a case of a 45 years old female who had multiple surgeries before and was bed ridden for last 2 years.She presented to us with infected nonunion of her right tibia.She was treated with debridement, removal of infected segment & bone transport with a rail fixator.At 6 months her fracture is united with elimination of infection.
