The protest was held under the leadership of Provincial President, NHM Jammu Division, Dr. Vikas Sharma, with the aim of drawing the attention of the Govt and concerned authorities towards the genuine and long-pending issues of NHM employees.

The Association further reiterated that NHM employees will continue their peaceful struggle until their genuine demands are addressed and a comprehensive policy ensuring job security and social protection is implemented.
The Association expressed heartfelt gratitude to all NHM employees across Jammu Division for their active participation and for reposing trust in the leadership of the Association. The Association also extended sincere thanks to all employee organizations and federations for their valuable support and solidarity with the NHM employees during the protest.
