September 2025 — and I'm only just posting this.
But some moments are too good to stay in a camera roll. 🌿

I had the privilege of speaking at Sunshine Worldwide School — to a room full of parents of learners and educators who show up every single day for their children.

We talked about neurodiversity.
About ADHD and autism.
About what it truly means to nurture a whole child — mind, body, story, and nervous system.

Because behaviour is communication.
Not a problem to be solved.
These children don't need fixing.
They need understanding.

And the adults around them?
They need support too.

This is the work that sets my soul on fire. 🔥🍀🌻

I'm a Homoeopath 😇
But if you've been following me a while — you probably know that's not the whole story😊

Yes, I am a Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery — gold medalist 🏅
I also hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Paediatric Nutrition, a Postgraduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling and I'm a trained Narrative Therapy Practitioner...
And in June, I begin my training in Integral Somatic Psychotherapy... Not as something new — but as another language for what I've always known... That the body holds what words haven't found yet... That healing lives at the intersection of all of it.

This is my IKIGAI 🍀🌻

Because the people I work with always deserved more than one answer. And nowhere did I learn that more deeply — than from the neurodivergent children, adolescents, and adults who walked into my practice.

Those with autism, ADHD, sensory sensitivities—and the families walking alongside them... They taught me that a person who seems "difficult" is often someone whose nervous system is working incredibly hard.

That a meltdown is not misbehaviour — it's a message. That when we stop asking what's wrong with this person and start asking what is this person experiencing — everything shifts.

Today is World Autism Day. 💙
And on this day, I want to say — to every parent, partner, or person who has been told to focus only on what they can't do: your story is not a deficit.
It's a different kind of wholeness.

The body. The story. The nervous system. The gut. All of it connected. All of it is asking to be heard.

This is the work I do at Evolve🌻🍀

And this April — I want to show you more of it.

Over the past two weeks, through The Inner Weather Circle, we’ve been slowly learning something many of us were never taught — how to pause and listen to ourselves.

Our emotions.
Our bodies.
The quiet stories we carry.

In clinic I often see how much women hold —responsibilities, expectations, care for everyone around them — often without a space to simply put it down for a while.

So Marima and I thought… what if we created that space?
Not in a room.
But by the sea.

An evening where women can sit together, slow down, reflect, and just be — without pressure, without needing to perform.

Showing up...
Holding everything together...

And often, they’re praised for that strength.

But the body notices what the mind keeps pushing aside.

Rest isn’t indulgence.
Sometimes it’s where healing quietly begins.

As Women’s Day approaches, it feels like a good moment to remember that strength also includes listening to ourselves💝🤗
