BEYOND WEIGHT LOSS: RAMYA'S JOURNEY TO OVERALL WELL BEING!
Ramya, a dedicated working professional and mother of 2 kids, found herself struggling to balance her personal, professional and family life after moving abroad. With the pressures of fulfilling multiple roles, her health started to take a backseat.
Ramya began gaining weight, experiencing digestive issues and suffering from anemia. Her low energy levels made it difficult for her to even go for short walks. Realizing that she needed a more sustainable and holistic approach, Ramya reached out to a WQ coach. Ramya enrolled in a WQ program and in just 4 months, her weight dropped from 83.5 kg to 70 kg, marking a significant 13 kg weight loss. Her digestive health improved significantly, she was no longer anemic and she stopped suffering from shortness of breath.
Most importantly, her monthly cycles became regular, alleviating one of her major health concerns. One of the most exciting milestones in Ramya's journey was her ability to embark on a 15-day road trip with her family. This was something she hadn't been able to do for a long time due to her health issues.
Remarkably, despite the vacation, she didn't gain any extra weight, a testament to the power of following wellness principles. She now easily achieves 10,000 steps every day, a far cry from her previous struggles. Her energy levels have significantly improved, allowing her to stay active and engaged throughout the day.
