When we step beyond thoughts and reasoning, then you have made the first step towards God. And that is the beginning of something very beautiful and magical. Going beyond the mind is not about destroying or suppressing thoughts .It is about no longer being controlled by them. Here comes the question how to go beyond thoughts ? Not by forcing oneself to close eyes in the name of so called meditation but With the help of Karma Yog- it reduces the craving for results and develops kartavya bhav which makes mind lighter and destroys ego! With Bhakti Yog- its fills heart with love, trust and surrender and when heart is full ,emotion purifies and the mind stops seeking and silence appears naturally and develops dasya Bhavna ! With Gyan Yog - it makes us realise that all our struggles, hopes ,fears ,joys what will it lead to? It will all end in death. Nothing is certain.this knowledge removes layer of ignorance and fake identity that we carry and make our mind clearer and fearless and cultivate sakshi bhav ! with help of Raja yoga - practice of yam, niyam, asan, pranayam helps to release stored emotions ,brings strength and discipline, slower down the thoughts and brings clarity and removes confusion. practising Raja yoga for years with all determination and discipline ,make a strong foundation (दृढ़ भूमि) of body and mind where karma, bhakti and gyan yoga can flower naturally. For this reason daily abhyasa/ sadhana is very important for each one us!🙏🏻🕉️
