Yesterday I had the honour of attending the annual festival of LITTLE SEEDS, a child development centre. A special thanks to Dr Amit and the whole team who have given me a chance to experience something beautiful, something magical, something out of this world, something reaching deep into the soul.
There is something profoundly moving about the journey of a special child—something that reaches deep into the soul and stays there forever. Every smile, every step, every word spoken is not just a milestone; it’s a triumph over obstacles that many will never see. Behind that child is a story of love beyond measure. Parents who have cried in silence, celebrated in whispers, and shown up every single day, no matter how tired. Caregivers who’ve offered steady hands and patient hearts, cheering from the sidelines and believing when hope seemed far away.
There are moments that stop time—and one of those is watching a special child step onto a stage. The lights hit their face, and in their smile, you see something deeper than pride. You see courage. You see battles quietly fought, obstacles overcome, and dreams fiercely held onto. As they stand there—sometimes waving shyly, sometimes dancing boldly—your eyes fill with tears, because you know it’s not just a performance. It’s a moment years in the making. Every step on that stage is a testament to resilience—not just the child’s, but the whole circle of love surrounding them. And in that instant, nothing else matters. Not the diagnosis, not the delays, not the doubts. Just pure, overwhelming pride.
To every special child lighting up the world with their unique brilliance, to the parents who give everything without hesitation, and to the doctors who choose to care with heart and soul—you are the definition of strength. You are the authors of hope. And the world is better because of you.
