Patient had combined traction and crush injury 3months ago , brachial artery embolectomy was done .
MRI s/o Avulsion injury of brachial plexus ( C5-C7 and T1)
NCV - Not recordable for any nerve.
Neuratisation done -:
1. For shoulder abduction - Spinal accessory nerve (Branch to lower third of trapezius muscle) to suprascapular nerve.
2. For elbow flexion - 4th and 5th intercostal nerve (motor branch) to musculocutaneous nerve
