Utthita Parsvakonasan is a standing side angle yoga pose. It is a great pose to help open up your hips and strengthen your legs and core. Here are some tips to get into the pose:
Begin standing in Tadasana, Mountain Pose.
Step your feet wide apart, about 3-4 feet.
Turn your right foot out and your left foot in.
Bend your right knee and bring your right hand to your right shin or ankle.
Stretch your left arm up and bring your gaze to your left hand.
Hold for 5-10 breaths and then repeat on the other side.
Remember to keep your core engaged and take deep breaths throughout the pose.

Warrior 1:- Warrior 1 is an energizing yoga pose that strengthens and stretches the legs, core, and arms. To get into the pose, stand with your feet together and your arms by your sides. Exhale and step your left foot back about three feet, keeping your feet in line with each other. Bend your right knee to a 90-degree angle, with your knee directly over your ankle. Lift your arms up over your head, palms facing each other, and gaze forward. Hold the pose for five breaths and then switch sides. Warrior 1 is a great pose to help build strength and focus.
