10 yrs old female came with the complaint of swelling and pain in left side of her face .
IOPA was done which showed Periapical infection in relation to lower left first molar.
Root canal opening was initiated , profused pus discharge seen for 2 sittings.
Treated with 5 days of oral antibiotics.
BMP was done and Calcium Hydroxide dressing was placed once a week for 15 days..
Did the irrigation protocol with sodium hypochlorite, edta and chlorhexidine solutions..
Completed the obturation with MTA FILL-APEX as root canal sealer.
Here she is with just one month follow up showing 50-75% of healing.
Done with the final composite buildup restoration and patient is recalled further for 3 and 6 months follow up.
