MANISHA'S HEALTH REVIVAL: OVERCOMING PCOD!

When Manisha approached WQ, she had faced significant health challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Despite being quite fit till 5 years ago, her role in medical equipment sales led to three COVID infections, weakening her immunity and making her lifestyle more sedentary.

This affected her ability to perform in her profession and also caused irregular menstrual cycles (PCOD) necessitating hormonal medication, which contributed to weight gain and breathlessness.

Manisha also suffered from respiratory issues, severe knee/joint pains making it difficult to climb even two floors.

Manisha enrolled In a PCOD program for four months with her WQ coach. During this period, she was able to completely normalize her menstrual cycles. She also lost 12 kg and experienced significant improvements in her overall health.

Bhuvaneswari, a 38-year-old homemaker from Chennai, received a life-altering diagnosis during a routine health checkup: she had diabetes. Without hesitation, she consulted an expert and began taking the prescribed medications.

However, the prospect of lifelong dependence on medication motivated her to prioritize her health more than ever. A PRAYER ANSWERED: RAJALAKSHMI'S REMARKABLE RECOVERY!

Nishok recollects waking up in the middle of the night to check if Rajalakshmi was breathing!

Rajalakshmi's health has taken a deep dive over the past 5 years. She was constantly tired, unable to sleep properly and acid refluxes had become a daily torture. But, the worst nightmare was when her blood pressure kept rising beyond 240 points, till it reached a point where the BP machine started showing "ERR" as the only response.

She visited multiple specialists, did multiple tests, tried multiple treatments, but her health only seemed to deteriorate. Her health reached a point where she started feeling hopeless. She started to prepare her two young sons to become independent with their studies, cooking and other household chores, in case of any untoward incident.

Her husband, Nishok, and her two sons stepped in to help her with the household chores. They made everything possible to make things easier for her at home. As a family, their only prayer seemed to be around Rajalakshmi's health and her recovery.

MUSCLE GAINS AND MORE: CHAITANYA'S PATH TO WELL-BEING!

Chaitanya, an IIT Kharagpur alumnus residing in Bangalore, found himself frustrated despite maintaining a healthy weight for his height. He struggled to build muscle mass and was plagued by cravings, mouth ulcers and a darkened area around his lips.

Megha has successfully lost 15 kilograms and shed 5 inches around her belly, surpassing her college-time weight and experiencing an invigorating sense of youthfulness.

These physical changes are complemented by notable improvements in her thyroid health. Initially, her thyroid medication dosage was 88 mcg with a TSH level of 1.91. After months of hard work, her medication dosage has been reduced to 67.5 mcg and her TSH level has dropped to 0.52.

MEETING FRIENDS CONFIDENTLY: POWER OF PERSONAL VICTORY!

Sovan faced tough times with Covid, sitting a lot and eating out too much. This led to him gaining over 20 kg in just 18 months. His health checkup showed bad numbers: high cholesterol, triglycerides and uric acid. It was a shock, especially with his parents visiting soon. He didn't want them to see him like this. So, he decided it was time to change.

With help from a friend who's a wellness coach, Sovan started his journey to a healthier life. In just five months, he achieved some amazing things:

He lost an impressive 19 kg weight and his waist size went down by 8 inches, from 43 to 35 inches. Sovan felt stronger and more energetic, with no more unhealthy cravings.

His cholesterol levels moved from 190 to 129, uric acid levels from 7.4 to 5.9 and triglycerides from 110 to 74. Even his skin cleared up, with fewer pimples.

A 360-DEGREE TRANSFORMATION!

Laziness, frequent headaches, poor sleep quality, fatigue and digestive issues - that is how Ravina used to describe her life!

Unhealthy eating habits and a sedentary lifestyle were the obvious culprits.

She wanted to take charge of her health but was looking for someone who could truly understand her lifestyle and customize a plan for her.

Losing weight was not the only focus. Ravina knew that she needed to correct her health by making healthy lifestyle choices.

BUSY LIFE COULD NOT STOP ME FROM REGAINING MY HEALTH!

Sudharsan is a busy working professional with many responsibilities in family and profession and he was left with no time to care for himself.

Overweight and burdened by constipation and bloating, each day seemed like a struggle for him. Understanding the importance of balancing professional and personal life, he decided to seek guidance and contacted the WQ Community.
