A successful case of & treat by Ayurveda
मरीज़ को 3 साल से पहले पेट दर्द और गर्भाशय से अत्यधिक रक्तस्राव होने लगा । अनियमित साइकिल, कभी अत्यधिक लंबे समय तक महीना नहीं आना, और आने पर अत्यधिक ब्लीडिंग होना, कभी थोड़े थोड़े दिन में महीना आना, अत्यधिक ब्लीडिंग होना, व अधिक दिनों तक ब्लीडिंग होना । जाँच कराने पर गर्भाशय में गाँठ ( ) व का होना पता चला | आयुर्वेद उपचार से दर्द और रक्तस्राव उसी समय ठीक हो गया व लगातार आयुर्वेद उपचार से 4 वर्ष से बढ़ने वाली Uterus (बच्चेदानी) और O***y(अंडेदानी) की गाँठ भी अब पूरी तरह ठीक हो गया ।
गर्भाशय के Leiomyomas (or uterine fibroids) एक benign ट्यूमर हैं जो गर्भाशय में overgrowth of smooth muscle and connective tissue से उत्पन्न होते हैं।हिस्टोलॉजिकल रूप से यह smooth muscle कोशिकाओं का एक monoclonal proliferation होता है।Leiomyoma ग्रोथ के लिए एक genetic predisposition मौजूद होती है। Uterine leiomyomas (Fibroid- फाइब्रॉएड) स्त्रियों में पाये जाने वाला most common benign (सामान्य) स्त्री रोग संबंधी ट्यूमर हैं। यह मुख्य रूप से reproductive age ग्रुप की महिलाओं को प्रभावित करता हैं, व फाइब्रॉईड (Fibroid) की अनुमानित incidence, 50-60% महिलाओं में फाइब्रॉईड ( Fibroid ) देखा जाता है (50 वर्ष की आयु तक यह 70% तक बढ़ जाता है) और, 30% मामलों में, गर्भाशय से असामान्य रक्तस्राव और पैल्विक प्रेशर के कारण मरीज के मृत्यु का कारण बनता है।
Rarely, uterine leiomyomas may undergo malignant degeneration to become a sarcoma. The true incidence of malignant transformation is difficult to determine, because leiomyomas are common, whereas malignant leiomyosarcomas are rare and can arise de novo. The incidence of malignant degeneration is less than 1.0% and has been estimated to be as low as 0.2%.
( Polycystic Ovarian Disease) की समस्या जिसमें O**m (अंडाणु), O***y ( #अण्डेदानी) के अंदर ही रह जाती है, बाहर निकल नहीं पाती (Oligo- and/or Anovulation), जिसके कारण शरीर में बहुत सारे हार्मोनल इम्बैलेंस होता है । अगर PCOD लम्बे समय तक रहे तो यह आगे चलकर PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) में परिवर्तित हो सकता है, Syndrome मतलब ग्रुप ऑफ़ symptoms जिसमें अनियमित सायकल जैसे Amenorrhea (देर से आना), Oligomenorhoea (कम आना), वजन का बढ़ना (Weight Gain) , Hyperandrogenism (Male s*x हॉर्मोन का बढ़ना), बालों का झड़ना (Hair Fall), गले पे काला मोटा दाग (Acanthosis Nigricans),
Polycystic O***y Morphology (PCOM) on ultrasonography (presence of 12 or more follicles within the o***y, with a diameter of 2-9 mm and/or ovarian volume 10 cm3or greater), Infertility , Insulin resistance, type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, Cardiovascular disease इत्यादि जैसे कई समस्या उत्पन्न हो सकती है ।
नोट - गर्भाशय की गाँठ ( ) , व इससे संबंधित तकलीफ़ों में ऑपरेशन को अंतिम विकल्प रखना चाहिये एवं आयुर्वेद चिकित्सा आयुर्वेद चिकित्सक की सलाह से ही, ज़रूर लेना चाहिए । क्यूँकि ऑपरेशन के बाद भी गाँठ बनते है जब तक कि इसके मूल कारण को दूर ना किया जाये और #आयुर्वेद व्याधि को समूल नाश करता है । #आयुर्वेद से ठीक हो सकता है ।
PCOD या Menstrual Problem में ज़रूर आयुर्वेद चिकित्सक की सलाह से आयुर्वेद चिकित्सा लेना चाहिये ।
आयुर्वेद चिकित्सा से PCOD पूर्णतः ठीक हो सकता है ।
