This page will share information about my classes and events as well as my insights on the path of transformative living. I offer Physiotherapy, Yoga Therapy, Stress management and Meditation sessions for individuals and groups. They are taken up in cases of ;

Meddical Conditions (Back and neck pain,Chronic pain,Fibromyalgia,Paralysis etc)

Weight loss & weight gain. Emotional disorders (Stress, anxiety and low mood,Insomnia etc)

✅HOW TO DO BHRAMARI PRANAYAMA👇

1️⃣Gently close both the ears with respective thumbs [ensure no external sounds are heard], gently place both the index fingers on the forehead, close the eyes with fingers (mid & ring) & little fingers over the closed eyes.

2️⃣Inale slowly and deeply through the nose and while exhaling produce humming sound. Keep the mouth closed.

3️⃣Repeat for 5-10 times.

STIFF NECK 👇

👉Does your neck feel stiff in the morning❓

📖Long reading hours ❓
🚗Long driving hours ❓
Or for any other reason whenever your neck feels stiff, practicing these excercises every day will free you from neck pains❓

☑️👍Quick fix for Stiff Neck;


1️⃣ Front & back neck movement: bring chin closer to chest then take it away until you feel a good stretch in front of your neck

2️⃣Side to side neck bend - bring your ears closer to shoulder , remember not to lift shoulder.

3️⃣Side Stretches - one hand on waist with other hand hold your head from side and bring ear closer to shoulder until you feel a good stretch on side of your neck.Hold stretch for few seconds and realese.

4️⃣Forward stretch - Hands on back of your head and pull your head down , until you feel good stretch in back of your neck.

5️⃣ Neck Rotation- Rotate neck clockwise & anticlock wise.Try to be slow & mindful during the movement.

🔸Repeat all excercise 10-15 times
🔸Hold Stretch for 10 seconds
🔸You can do this sequence 1-2 times a day.

👉Create a schedule for yourself.

👉Choose a Goal: think of who you want to become.

👉Place reminders around your home, workspace, and belongings

👉Reward yourself when you get something done.

👉Find Joy in the Process

👉Do it even if you don’t feel like it (short-term)

👉Tie It to an Action: a task or habit that you will repeat every day

👉Commit to a Time and Place: choose when and where you will perform your action. Be specific.
