On the occasion of National Dietetics Day, 10th January 2026, it is an honour to receive the Sadhna Award – 4th Edition for Excellence in Clinical Nutrition (Private Practice) at NIN, under the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), Hyderabad.
This recognition, conferred by esteemed leaders of the nutrition and health fraternity, is a moment I will always hold close to my heart. It stands not only as a personal milestone but also as a celebration of dedication, discipline, and collective progress in the field of nutrition.
Heartfelt thanks to the jury and my mentors for this honor and recognition.

Twenty years ago, I walked through the corridors of the National Institute of Nutrition, Hyderabad, as a postgraduate student pursuing my M.Sc., absorbing knowledge, shaping dreams, and quietly building purpose. Returning to the same institution in 2026, this time to be honoured, felt profoundly humbling and deeply emotional. Life truly has a way of bringing journeys full circle.

AOCO – Asia Oceania Conference of Obesity, held from 19–21 December 2025 in Delhi, was an enriching scientific forum dedicated entirely to obesity research, management, and emerging perspectives. The conference featured a wide range of insightful and up-to-date topics, fostering meaningful discussions and the exchange of evidence-based knowledge among professionals from across the region.
I am grateful for the opportunity to present my poster at this prestigious platform, with my abstract being selected for presentation. Engaging with experienced mentors, and friends not only enhanced my academic understanding but also made this educational journey deeply rewarding and memorable.
