Patient come to the clinic with the chief complaint of swollen gums in the lower anterior tooth region. Provisional diagnosis with the periodontal abscess. Extraction done 32 & 33 followed with drained pus. Given Antibiotics,NSAIDs and antacids course for 6 days. Call for follow up after 1 week.

Here is the case of Implant supported bridge with the fixed cement retained bridge given guided with 2-2 implant in upper posterior region on both sides. Patient come to the clinic with the chief complaint of missing tooth. Patient is happy with the aesthetic smile.

Patient come to the clinic for missing tooth. On examination several root stumps decayed tooth are there 14 16 25 28 to be removed by extraction.Treatment planned done by extraction of decayed tooth followed by giving Fixed Prosthesis with ceramic porcelain metal.
