Know the active labor signs so you can act fast and stay safe! The earliest and most important sign is your water bag breaking. Sometimes it happens after the cervix starts opening, but it can also happen earlier.

-If you notice heavy or continuous bleeding, it’s a warning sign that you may be in full-blown labor or facing a complication—don’t ignore it.
-If your baby’s movements slow down or stop, rush to the hospital immediately.
-Pay attention to uterine contractions—if they come every 2 to 5 minutes and get closer and stronger over time, labor has definitely started.

No waiting now! Grab your labor bag and head to the hospital right away. Your safety and your baby’s depend on quick action!

Planning for a baby?
Here’s how the diet of a soon-to-be father can boost fertility and support healthy s***m production!

-Include high-protein foods: Vegetarians should focus on milk and dairy, while non-vegetarians can add chicken, fish, and lean meats.
-Eat folate-rich fruits and vegetables like green leafy veggies and broccoli for essential folic acid.
-Load up on antioxidant-rich colorful fruits and veggies to protect s***m DNA—think berries, tomatoes, carrots, and green capsicum.
-Don’t forget superfoods like nuts (walnuts, almonds) for extra nourishment.
-And avoid junk food to keep everything in top shape!

Healthy eating means healthier s***m and better chances for your future baby. Start today!

Wondering how to calculate your pregnancy due date?
Here are two questions you must answer:
-What’s your menstrual cycle length? Regular cycles are usually 21–35 days.
-Did you conceive naturally or through IVF?

If your cycle is regular and you conceived naturally, simply take the first day of your last menstrual period, then add 9 months and 7 days to find the estimated due date!

Understanding your LMP (last menstrual period) and conception method is the key to accurate pregnancy planning and timely care.

Did you know? Female babies produce eggs even before they are born!
About 9 weeks after conception, a female fetus starts forming her egg reserve.

That means when you’re pregnant with a girl, you’re not only carrying your daughter but also the foundation of your future grandchildren.

This amazing fact about the ovarian reserve and female fertility shows how beautifully nature plans the cycle of life.

Understanding how the female reproductive system develops is a reminder of the miracle and continuity of generations.

Did you know?
Vaginal discharge is a normal body fluid released from the va**na, and it changes throughout the menstrual cycle due to hormonal shifts.

-Estrogen can make discharge appear different at certain times.
-Progesterone also affects its texture and flow.
-These changes are usually normal.

But when should you worry? If your va**nal discharge changes color, consistency, or smell, it may indicate an infection or underlying concern. In such cases, a gynecologist check-up is necessary for timely diagnosis and treatment.

Understanding your va**nal health, hormones, and discharge patterns is key to overall wellness.
