A 53 year old male non diabetic non hypertensive presented with abdominal distension since past 4 days duration associated with abdominal pain and anuria since past 2 days duration.c/o of fever with chills since past 2 days duration.on evaluation he was diagnosed to have sepsis-acutekidney injury-inestinal obstruction secondary to Necrotizing pancreatitis.He was taken up for high risk emergency lapratomy,appendix and mesoappendix were removed and adhesions were relieved and histopathology of appendix was suggestive of Necriizing pancretitis.His admission total counts 18,900 with 90% Neutrophilic predominanace and creatinine was 3.7 mg/dl with anuria.He was treated with broad spectrum and anerobic covering antibiotics,hydration and sodium bicarbonate infusion.His output gradually improved to 3litres per day and creatinine normalized to 0.9 mg/dl.His total counts decreased from 18,900 cells to 9300.His bowel movements are normal passed stools.He is able to easily swallow all semi solid diet.He is now being discharged.we could accomplish this feat with cooperation of:
