Patient visited us with improperly aligned front teeth. She was unhappy with the old restoration work on 11,12. Axis correction was done for the centrals by tooth prep and Zr crowns were given. Old composite was removed on 12 and re restored with Ivoclar anterior esthetic composite. Finishing of composite was with soflex by 3M

Late post:

Most challenging case we did since our inception. A patient visited us with a complaint of loose teeth and poor esthetics. Clinical examination revelaed perio compromise. CBCT revealed little bone in the maxillary alveolar region and similar condition was there in lower arch.

CBCT was repeated to get a full face view to check if there was any anchorage available in the zygoma region.

3D printing was done and mock surgery was performed on the model to make sure the implant positioning doesn't go wrong.

Bilateral zygomatic implants with root form implants were placed in maxilla. Classical all on 4 was done on mandible
