A gynecological diagnosis doesn’t just change your reports.
It changes your thoughts. Your confidence. Your everyday emotions.

PCOS. Endometriosis. Infertility. Hormonal imbalance. High-risk pregnancy.
Behind every diagnosis, there’s a woman silently managing stress, fear, and uncertainty.

Your mental health matters just as much as your physical health.

Comprehensive gynecology care means emotional support, counseling, and safe conversations — alongside medical treatment.

You are not overreacting.
You are not weak.
You deserve support.

বাংলা শুধু ভাষা নয়, এটা আমাদের অনুভব, আমাদের আত্মা।

Most people in Kolkata don’t know this 👇
If you or your family member is a WBHS or CGHS beneficiary, pregnancy and gynecology treatment can be cashless—even C-section.
No advance. No surprise bills.
Just the right hospital + the right guidance.
👉 Save this.
👉 Share with a government employee family.

Endometriotic cysts don’t always announce themselves loudly.
Sometimes it’s just pain that keeps coming back. Sometimes it’s fertility issues.
And sometimes, it’s found only when you actually look deeper.

Early diagnosis changes outcomes.
Ignoring symptoms delays solutions.

If pelvic pain is becoming “normal” for you, it shouldn’t be.
Listen to your body. Get evaluated.

Placental abruption is a serious pregnancy complication where the placenta separates from the uterus before delivery.
It can affect both mother and baby—and timing matters more than anything.

Here’s the thing: it often comes without warning.

Common signs to watch for:
• Sudden abdominal pain
• Vaginal bleeding
• Uterine tightness or contractions
• Reduced fetal movement

Risk factors may include high blood pressure, abdominal trauma, smoking, or previous pregnancy complications—but it can also happen without any clear cause.

What this really means is simple:
If something feels off during pregnancy, don’t wait it out. Early diagnosis and prompt medical care can be lifesaving.

As a gynecologist and laparoscopic surgeon, I strongly believe that awareness is the first step toward prevention and safer outcomes.

If you’re pregnant—or supporting someone who is—stay informed, stay alert, and never hesitate to seek medical advice.

Stress doesn’t just affect your mind — it can impact your menstrual cycle too.
Delayed periods, irregular flow, or missed cycles are often linked to stress-driven hormonal changes.

As a new year begins, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to every patient and family who placed their trust in my care.
The past year was filled with responsibility, learning, and meaningful connections—through consultations, high-risk pregnancies, fertility care, and surgical treatments. Every interaction reinforced why compassionate, clear, and ethical medical care matters.
As we step ahead, my commitment remains unchanged: to provide evidence-based gynecological and obstetric care with transparency, empathy, and personal attention. Women’s health is not just about treatment—it’s about listening, guidance, and long-term wellbeing.
Wishing you and your loved ones a year of good health, strength, and peace.
Warm regards,
Dr. Ayan Mukhopadhyay
