Linga Mudra is a gesture of fire.

Linga Mudra is made by interlocking the fingers of both hands together and then uprighting the thumb.

In Hinduism, Linga is considered a symbol of Lord Shiva. The shape of the hands and upright thumb in the linga mudra looks similar to the Linga of Lord Shiva.

This Mudra is practiced a lot in winter. You can reduce obesity by removing unnecessary calories in your body through Linga Mudra in home life. Linga Mudra gives quick benefits in the situation of a cold obstruction.

The seven chakras that are the main energy centers of the body:

1. Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)
The crown chakra represents our ability to be fully connected spiritually.

2. Third-Eye Chakra (Ajna)
The third-eye chakra controls our ability to see the big picture and connect to intuition. 

3. Throat Chakra (Vishuddha)
The throat chakra gives voice to the heart chakra and controls our ability to communicate our power.

4. Heart Chakra (Anahata)
As the name suggests, this chakra can influence our ability to give and receive love—from others and ourselves. 

5. Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)
