A Safe Start to Solids!
Introducing solids to your baby can be exciting, but it's important to know what foods to AVOID for a safe start, especially before 6 months.

Foods to Keep Off the Menu:

No honey: Can cause infant botulism.

No cow's milk: Hard to digest and lacks key nutrients (small amounts in cooked foods are usually okay, but not as a main drink).

No salt & sugar: Strains kidneys and leads to unhealthy habits.

Watch Out for Choking Risks:

No whole nuts or large, hard food chunks. Stick to soft, mashed textures!

Remember: Stick to breast milk, formula, and appropriately mashed foods for a safe and healthy start!

શું તમારા બાળક માટે પશુનું દૂધ યોગ્ય છે? 🤔

જાણો ડૉક્ટર પાસેથી કે બાળકને પશુનું દૂધ ક્યારે અને કેવી રીતે આપવું જોઈએ!

ક્યારે શરૂ કરવું? - બાળક 1 વર્ષનું થાય ત્યારથી.

ફાયદા: પ્રોટીન, કેલ્શિયમ, વિટામિન B12 અને ગુડ ફેટ્સ (Good Fats) નો કુદરતી સ્ત્રોત, જે હાડકાં અને મગજના વિકાસમાં મદદ કરે છે.

કેટલું આપવું? - દરરોજ 3-4 નાના કપ (300-500 ml) થી વધુ નહિ. વધુ દૂધ આયર્નના અવશોષણમાં અવરોધ પેદા કરી શકે છે.

કયું દૂધ પસંદ કરવું? - ગાયનું દૂધ ભેંસના દૂધ કરતાં વધુ હળવું હોય છે. બાળકના પાચન અને વજન માટે યોગ્ય દૂધ પસંદ કરો.
