Fruit & Seed Collection Activity – Hands-on Learning in Dravyaguna 🌿
To promote experiential learning and preserve medicinal plant resources, the Department of Dravyaguna successfully organized a Fruit and Seed Collection Activity at the herbal garden on 6th April 2026.
👩🎓 Students of 2nd year actively participated in collecting fruits and seeds from important medicinal plants such as Kantakari, Gajapippali, Jalapippali, Gambhari, Arjuna, Reetha, Japa Pushpa, Dhataki Pushpa, Eranda Beeja, Bakuchi Beeja, and many more.
This activity provided valuable hands-on experience in identification, collection, and academic utilization of plant materials—bridging theoretical knowledge with practical exposure.
🙏 We sincerely acknowledge the support and guidance of our gardener and faculty members—Dr. Naveeta Agrawal (HOD), Dr. Shweta Shetty, Dr. Swati Gavadiya, and Principal Dr. Manoj Pande—for making this activity a great success.
✨ Learning rooted in nature, growing through experience!
