The Department of Swasthavritta, successfully organized a live demonstration of Sutra Neti—one of the foundational Shatkarmas (six purification practices) of Yoga.

✨ Why Sutra Neti?
As prescribed in the ancient scriptures of Hatha Yoga Pradipika and Gheranda Samhita, this nasal cleansing technique is more than just a physical ritual; it’s a gateway to holistic health. By gently clearing the nasal passages, it offers: Clearer Breathing, Mental Clarity, Enhanced Senses, Respiratory Vitality

Under the expert supervision of Dr. Nimmi, students and participants witnessed the precise, safe, and traditional method of performing this Kriya. Practicing these ancient techniques correctly is vital to reaping their full therapeutic benefits.
