Invited as a faculty at Imaging & Physiology Council of India, 2025 at Hyderabad and shared experiences about use IntraVascular Ultrasound ( ) in Left main coronary artery ( ) interventions.

Presented complex calcific left main angioplasty and stenting techniques in post CABG (with occluded Bypass grafts ) torturous vessels, at CHiP Summit, 2025 at Kochi.

Utilisations of Intra Vascular Lithotripsy (IVL-Shock wave), IntraVascular Ultrasound (IVUS), GuideLiner were discussed.

Sudden cardiac deaths are increasing now-a-days even in young.
In several such cases, these may be due to congenital coronary anomalies. This abnormalities can easily be diagnosed precisely with a Multi detector CT Coronary angiography. An original research article related to that is published in Asean Heart Journal (AHJ).

એમાંથી ઘણા કિસ્સાઓ મા હ્રદયની નળીઓની જન્મજાત વિસંગતતા હોઈ શકે છે. આ અનિયમિતતાનું CT scanથી સરળતાથી સમયસર નિદાન થઈ શકે તેનું સંશોધન Cardiologyની આંતર્રાષ્ટ્રીય journal - Asean Heart Journalમા પ્રસિદ્ધ કરેલ.

Angioplasty in complex calcific left main disease in a post-bypass patient is challenging.
However, IntraVascular UltraSound (IVUS) and IntraVascular Lithotripsy (IVL) are amazing new technologies to overcome these challenges.

Coronary angiography is evaluated manually or with tools requiring substantial human input. We are on the way to develop a system based on Artificial Intelligence to analyse coronary angiography with no human input. This was recently presented at centennial anniversary of American Heart Association at Chicago, USA ( Nov., 2024) and published in the journal- Circulation.

Recently completed a cath-lab observer ship/ visiting fellowship in Structural heart and Complex coronary interventions at Icahn school of Medicine at Mount Sinai Fuster hospital, Manhattan, New York; November, 2024.

Coronary angioplasty is complex, difficult and high risk in tortuous and calcific coronary arteries. It may even fail or lead to high risk CABG as well. As a part of its solution based on physics, a novel technique is presented at an international cardiology conference- TCT 2024 at Washington DC, United States ( October 30, 2024). It was published in Journal of American College of Cardiology (JACC) [It is an updated version of what was presented at GulfPCR 2023.]

હૃદયની વાંકીચૂકી અને કઠીન ( ચૂના- Calcium વાળી) નળીઓના બ્લોકની સારવાર માટેની angioplasty complex, દુષ્કર, જોખમી અને ગંભીર હોય છે. તેમા નિષ્ફળતા મળે અથવા emergency મા high-risk bypass surgery કરવી પડે તેવા પણ જોખમો રહેલા હોય છે. આના સરળ solutionના ભાગરૂપે angioplastyની technique Cardiologyની આતંરરાષ્ટ્રીય conference- TCT-2024મા Washington DC, United States ખાતે તાજેતરમાં રજૂ કરવામા આવી. Children (esp. neonates and infants) with no blood supply to lungs (pulmonary atresia) require early surgery (BT shunt). That may be associated with many complications. This can be avoided with PDA stenting. A research on such interventions in small kids was presented recently at an international cardiac conference- TCT, 2024, at Washington DC, United States. ( October 28, 2024) The original articles (PubMed Indexed) were also published. (Conducted by Dr Bhavesh Thakker Sir and me) ‎

ખૂબ નાના બાળકોમા જન્મજાત ફેફસામા બ્લડ ના પહોચતું હોય ત્યારે નાની વયે જોખમી shunt surgery કરવી પડે. તેના સરળ વિકલ્પ તરીકે PDAમા stent મૂકી શકાય, તે cardiologyની આતંરરાષ્ટ્રીય કોન્ફરન્સ- TCT, 2024મા Washington DC, United States ખાતે તાજેતરમાં રજૂ કર્યું. (ઓક્ટોબર 28, 2024)
આ સાથે તેને Journal of American College of Cardiology અને અન્ય journalsમા પ્રસિદ્ધ કરેલ.
