As a solution for complex angioplasty in tortuous and calcified coronaries, we have developed a novel Traction Balloon Technique (Raval Technique).

the American Journal of Cardiovascular Disease, PubMed indexed (🇺🇸 NIH).

This technique has been safely utilized in real-world clinical practice, with 270+ cases over the past 6+ years, including complex interventions involving:
• IVUS
• Rotablation
• IntraVascular Lithotripsy (IVL).

We successfully treated a patient with severe narrowing of a heart valve ( ) using a minimally invasive procedure ( ), without open-heart surgery.

Despite high risk due to lung disease and complex anatomy, the patient recovered well and walked home within 2 days. Grateful to the patient, family, and our entire cardiac team for their trust and teamwork. 🙏💙

🧠I’m happy to share that our research on using to analyze images of heart artery (Coronary Angiography) has been published in a top international journal- “ENGINEERING APPLICATIONS OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE”.

This was also presented previously at American Heart Association, 2024 @ Chicago, USA

This work shows how can help doctors understand blocked heart arteries more accurately and support better treatment decisions.

✨ A rewarding milestone in patient care!

We successfully performed a Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation ( ) on a 78-year-old patient with severe aortic stenosis.
This minimally invasive procedure has transformed the treatment outlook for elderly and high-risk patients with . There is no need of surgery or general anaesthesia for valve implantation. This allows faster recovery and reduced hospital stay of 2 days.

Grateful to my entire cardiac team for their precision, dedication, and teamwork. A special thanks to Dr Manik Chopara sir, Wockhardt management, Dr Solanki sir, Dr Hathi, Dr Sakariya, Dr Chintan Mehta, Dr Mehul.
Moments like these remind us why we do what we do — to restore quality of life and bring hope through advanced cardiac care. ❤️
