37 વર્ષ ના વિપુલભાઈ સવારથી છાતીમાં દુખાવો સાથે જૂનાગઢ ની હોસ્પિટલ માં ગયા, ત્યારબાદ બગસરા ની હોસ્પિટલ માં ગયા તેમનો ECG કરવામાં આવ્યો.
ઈસિજીએ (ECG) દર્શાવ્યું કે તેને મોનોમોર્ફિક વેન્ટ્રિક્યુલર ટાકિકાર્ડિયા (VT) હતું, જેને 200 જુલનો વીજ શૉક આપી સુધારવામાં આવ્યો. ત્યારબાદ રાજકોટ વધુ તપાસ અને સારવાર ની સલાહ આપવામાં આવી, ઓલમ્પસ હોસ્પિટલ તેમની જરૂરી લોહીની તપાસ કરવામાં આવી હતીતેમનું TROP-I એ કર્યું જે હકારાત્મક હતું તેથી તેમણે CAG ( કોરોનરી એન્જીઓગ્રાફી)
માટે સલાહ આપી જે નોર્મલ આવતા, સ્ટેબલ કન્ડીશન મા રજા આપવામાં આવી.

આ 72 વર્ષ ના દાદા ને હાર્ટ ની તકલીફ જૂની હતી જેમાં નબળું હૃદય તથા હાર્ટ પંપ ની ક્ષમતા પણ ઓછી હતી , બ્રેઇન સ્ટ્રોક પણ આવેલ હતો હાલમાં તેમને નબળાઈ, ઉલ્ટી ઊબકા અને શ્વાસ લેવામાં તકલીફ થતી હતી જેમનું નિદાન કરતા તેમનું હૃદય નું ફંક્શન બરોબર ન્હોતું, દાખલ કરી સારવાર કરવામાં આવી અને સ્ટેબલ થતા રજા આપવામાં આવી
