Looking to build upper body strength and enhance your flexibility? Give Dolphin Pose a try! This invigorating pose is perfect for toning your shoulders, arms, and core, while giving your hamstrings and calves a good stretch. It’s also a great preparatory pose for more advanced inversions.

How to Do It:

Start on your hands and knees.
Lower your forearms to the floor, keeping elbows shoulder-width apart.
Lift your hips up and back, forming an inverted V-shape.
Keep your legs straight and engage your core.
Breathe deeply and hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
