On 14th June, 2025, Saturday, BG Garaiya homoeopathic hospital conducted a comprehensive Hand Hygiene Training for the hospital staff and the students under the supervision of the Hospital Infection Control (HIC) Committee, adhering to the guidelines of NABH.

The training aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of the hospital staff in effectively maintaining hand hygiene for continuous quality improvement in patient care.

Department of Organon of Medicine of Shree B. G. Garaiya Homoeopathic Medical College, Rajkot organised an insightful seminar on “History of Medicine” By Dr. Kiran Bhadani , Dr. Payal Jamod and Dr. Mansi Manvar, our PG Scholer of Department of Organon of Medicine guided by Dr. Vimal Rachchh, Dr. Manish Dabhi and Dr. Meghna Der. This seminar Held on 20th February, 2025 at our campus Auditorium. PG scholars of Organon, Students of first BHMS attended a seminar and learned about evolution of medical science and its correlation with homoeopathy. We are grateful to our Principal Dr. Falguni Joshi, PG coordinator Dr. Amar Sheth, academic incharge Dr. Nish*ta Doshi and all our faculty members.

As per curriculum of National Commission for Homoeopathy, Government of India, Ministry of AYUSH, Department of Community Medicine, Shri B.G.Garaiya Homoeopathic Medical College, Saurashtra University, had visit DISTRICT TUBERCULOSIS CENTER, Rajkot, for the students of 4th BHMS, as a part of his curriculum, dated on 13/02/2025 & 14/02/2025 from 9:30 am onwards under the guidance of Mahesh rachh sir, Dr. Jaydeep Yadav (HOD-Dept. of Community medicine) and Dr. Trush*t Vasavada (Dept. of Community medicine). This academic visit was very much informative for the students to learn about structure and function of DTC and about epidemiology as well as preventive measures of TB and much more. We are very much thankful to Staff of DTC and also thankful to our principal Dr. Falguni Joshi and academic in-charge Dr. Nish*ta Doshi.
