OH MY GOD! YOU ARE ADVICING TO HAVE FOODS RICH IN FATS LIKE CHEESE, PANIR, BUTTER, NON-VEG….HOW DOES IT WORK? KINDLY EXPLAIN. First of all one needs to understand that all fats are not bad fats. Some fats increase your good cholesterol (HDL) and some may increase your bad cholesterol (LDL). For example, having GHEE is very crucial for keeping a sound bone-density health, as GHEE possesses the
power of oiling our bones, that’s the reason our fore-fathers used to put a lot of emphasis on having GHEE. On the other hand, majority of the doctors advice not to consume Cheese, Panir and non-vegetarian foods, the main reason being the simple fact, that we consume Cheese-Panir in pizzas, breads, burgers which are made of MAIDA (refined wheat flour). Maida stays in your intestine for nearly 48 hours and so it decays and one tends to put on weight and also fall sick. But on the contrary, in DR.
