We are delighted to announce the successful completion of the ATAL Faculty Development Program, a remarkable journey of knowledge exchange, collaborative learning, and academic enrichment.
Over the last several days in between 10-15 November,2025, distinguished experts, enthusiastic participants, and dedicated organizers came together to create an inspiring FDP experience filled with innovations, ideas, and meaningful discussions.

Life at Future...!
Future Campus School, Garia celebrated Children’s Day on 14th November 2025 with a colourful and joy-filled programme that brought together music, dance, storytelling, and enthusiastic student participation. The morning featured delightful performances by teachers and attendants, along with an engaging mix of quizzes, games, riddles, and dumb charades that kept the students excited and involved.

A major highlight was the vibrant Dance Drama – A Journey Through Time, showcasing changing dance styles across eras. Students also enjoyed a charming screening of Charlie Chaplin film clips, followed by a lively Teachers’ Fashion Show, which added a fun and glamorous end to the celebration.

Life at Future...!
Future Campus School, Sonarpur conducted an exciting Educational Trip on 6th November 2025 for the students of Class 8. They went on to explore the Heritage Walk of Colonial Kolkata. The visit included prominent landmarks such as Eden Gardens, the Calcutta High Court, Raj Bhavan, the Accountant General’s Office (AG Bengal), and the Reserve Bank of India, etc. Students learned about the city’s rich colonial architecture, administrative history, and cultural significance. The trip offered valuable insights into Kolkata’s glorious past and its role in India’s development. It was an enjoyable and educational experience for all.

Alumni Talk Session at Future Institute of Engineering and Management (FIEM)

The Department of Business Administration Future Institute of Engineering and Management, organized an enriching Alumni Talk Session, featuring three distinguished alumni — Ms. Deboleena Gupta, Ms. Shreya Ojha, and Ms. Srijeeta Chakraborty. The session was hosted by Prof. Deepa Saha Sarkar and Prof. Sreya Ghosh Dastidar.

The event brought together MBA 1st year and 2nd year students for an engaging and interactive discussion, creating a valuable platform for academic–industry exchange. The alumni shared their professional experiences, insights into the corporate world, and practical perspectives on management education and career development.

Throughout the session, the speakers emphasized the importance of continuous learning, adaptability, and networking in shaping a successful managerial career. Students actively participated in the discussion, asking thoughtful questions and seeking guidance on career paths, workplace dynamics, and skill enhancement.

The talk was highly insightful and interactive, providing students with a clear understanding of how classroom learning translates into real-world business environments. It served as an excellent interface between industry and academia, strengthening the bond between FIEM and its accomplished alumni network.

The department expressed sincere appreciation to the alumni for their valuable time and contribution and thanked the hosts and participants for making the session a grand success.

HackSpire’25: From Vision to Victory...!

When the idea of HackSpire’25 first took root, we had neither a team nor a motto—only a bold dream of creating something extraordinary. What began as a distant ambition has now evolved into a 25-hour flagship hackathon of global standards, powered by the FIEM ACM Students’ Chapter.

The second edition of HackSpire drew an overwhelming response, with over 880 teams registering from across India—spanning states like Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Assam, and West Bengal, and even a handful of international entries. After a rigorous double-blind peer-review process, only the top 50 teams were selected to compete in the grand finale held on campus at the Future Institute of Engineering and Management.

Behind this technical marvel was a dedicated team of students and faculty mentors who worked tirelessly—designing problem statements, managing logistics, coordinating accommodations, and curating an unforgettable experience for every participant.
