ORIF done for mandibular body with nerve preservation.
Conservative treatment was done for left condylar fracture.

The patient had an anterior maxillary defect..
The patient wanted some quality treatment.
Guided bone regeneration(GBR) done using BLOCK BONE GRAFTING (BBG)
It was followed by implant placement and rehabilitation.

The journey of No Bone to New Bone led to not only functional but also aesthetic enhancement.
