ਇੱਕ ਦੋਸਤ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਦਾ ਪਰਦਾਫਾਸ਼ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਖਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ:—-
ਇੱਕ ਦੋਸਤ ਸਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਰੱਬ ਦਾ ਤੋਹਫ਼ਾ ਹੈ। ਕੁਝ ਦੋਸਤ ਇਹ ਦੇਖਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਹਰ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਸਾਡੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀ ਗਲਤ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ।ਅਜਿਹੇ ਦੋਸਤ ਕੋਈ ਮਕਸਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹਨ।ਇੱਕ ਸੱਚਾ ਦੋਸਤ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸਲਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਆਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।ਦੋਸਤੀ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਬੁਰੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਚੰਗੇ ਵੱਲ ਲੈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਸਾਡੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਵਿਚ ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਚੰਗੇ ਵੱਲ ਚੱਲ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ ।ਇੱਕ ਸੱਚਾ ਦੋਸਤ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਦੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਕੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੱਸਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ। ਉਹ ਸਾਡੀਆਂ ਛੋਟੀਆਂ ਕਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਜਾਗਰ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਜਾਗਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਹਿੰਮਤ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਅੱਗੇ ਦਾ ਰਸਤਾ ਦਿਖਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇੱਕ ਸੱਚਾ ਦੋਸਤ ਸਾਡੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਦਾ ਰਾਹ ਹੈ। ਜਦੋਂ ਸਾਡੀ ਅੰਦਰਲੀ ਅੱਗ ਬੁਝ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਸਾਡੇ ਦੋਸਤ ਸਾਡੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਆਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਜਗਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ ।

CHAK 4/14L :-----
ਕਮਾਲੀਆ ਤੋਂ CHAK4/14L ਤੱਕ, ਜ਼ਾਹਿਦ ਦੇ ਜੱਦੀ ਪਿੰਡ CHAK4/14L ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਪਿੰਡ। ਪੱਛਮੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ, CHAK ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸਦੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਅੰਕ ਹਨ। 1849 ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿੱਖ ਸਾਮਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਅੰਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, 1800 ਦੇ ਦਹਾਕੇ ਦੇ ਅਖੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੇ ਦਰਿਆਵਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਾਣੀ ਕੱਢਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਨਹਿਰਾਂ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਜੰਗਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਸਤੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਲਾਗੂ ਕੀਤੀ। ਕਲੋਨੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ CHAK ਸ਼ਬਦ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਅੰਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਯੋਜਨਾਬੱਧ ਵੰਡ ਨਾਲ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਜੋ ਸਿੰਚਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਬਲਾਕ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦਾ ਸੀ।

ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ CHAKS ਵਿੱਚ ਬਣਾਏ ਗਏ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਡਿਜ਼ਾਈਨ ਆਧੁਨਿਕ ਆਰਕੀਟੈਕਚਰ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦੇ ਸਨ। ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਸਮਤਲ ਛੱਤਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਨ, ਗੁੰਬਦਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਟਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਕਾਰ ਸਿੱਖ ਯੁੱਗ ਦੀਆਂ ਨਾਨਕੀ ਇੱਟਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਕਾਰ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਵੱਡੇ ਸਨ। ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਣੀ CHAK4/14L ਵਿੱਚ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰੇ ਦੀ ਇਮਾਰਤ, ਇਹਨਾਂ ਨਵੀਆਂ ਆਰਕੀਟੈਕਚਰਲ ਸ਼ੈਲੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦੀ ਸੀ।

ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਜ਼ਾਹਿਦ ਇੱਕ ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਇਆ ਸੀ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰੇ ਦੀ ਇਮਾਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਰੰਮਤ ਅਧੀਨ ਦੇਖ ਕੇ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਰਹਿ ਗਿਆ।

ਪਿੰਡ ਦੀਆਂ ਗਲੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਲੰਘਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਇੱਕ ਆਦਮੀ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਘਰ ਵੱਲ ਇਸ਼ਾਰਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵੰਡ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਸਿੱਖ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਕੰਧਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਗੁਰਮੁਖੀ ਸ਼ਿਲਾਲੇਖ ਹਨ।

ਉਸ ਕੱਚੇ ਘਰ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਜੋ ਢਹਿਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਕੰਧ 'ਤੇ ਗੁਰਮੁਖੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਰਦੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੁਰਾਣੀਆਂ ਲਿਖਤਾਂ ਮਿਲੀਆਂ। ਮੈਂ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਵਰਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਉੱਚ ਗੁਣਵੱਤਾ ਵਾਲੀ ਸਿਆਹੀ ਦੇਖ ਕੇ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਰਹਿ ਗਿਆ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਹ ਸੱਤ ਦਹਾਕੇ ਤੱਕ ਬਚਿਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।

(੧)ਸੀਪੀਆ( Sepia):--ਹਰਪੀਜ ਦੇ ਦਾਣੇ ਜਾਂ ਫਿਣਸੀਆਂ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਕੂਹਣੀਆ(Elbows)ਤੇ ਗੋਡਿਆਂ (Knees)ਦੇ ਜੋੜਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਲੇ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਨਿਕਲਣ ਜਾ ਦੱਦੀ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਸਰੀਰ ਦੇ ਭਿੰਨ ਭਿੰਨ ਅੰਗਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਹਰ ਬਾਰੀ ਬਹਾਰ ਦੇ ਮੋਸਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਕਲੇ ਜਾ ਚਿਹਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਦੱਦੀ ਹੋਵੇ ਜਾਂ ਅੱਖ ਦੀ ਉਪਰਲੀ ਪਲਕ ਉੱਪਰ ਲਾਲ ਰੰਗ ਦੀ ਦੱਦੀ ਦਾ ਦਾਗ ਹੋਵੇ । ਜਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਪਲਕ ਛਿੱਲੀ ਹੋਈ ਮਲੂਮ ਹੋਵੇ ਜਾਂ ਮੂੰਹ ਦੇ ਆਲੇ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਹਰਪੀਜ ਦੇ ਦਾਣੇ ਜਾਂ ਛਾਲੇ ਜਿਹੇ ਬੁੱਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਵੀ ਉਭਾਰ ਜਿਹੇ ਹੋਣ ਤੇ ਨੱਕ ਉੱਪਰ ਵੀ ਜਾਂ ਛੱਲੇਦਾਰ ਦੱਦੀ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ " ਸੀਪੀਆ " ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਉੱਤਮ ਦਵਾਈ ਹੈ ।
(੨) ਸ਼ਲਫਰ(Sulphur):--ਇਹ ਉੱਤਮ ਦਵਾਈਆਂ ਇਸ ਰੋਗ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਸਿਰਤਾਜ ਹੈ । ਮੈਲੇ , ਕੁਚੈਲੇ, ਦੁਬਲੇ ਪਤਲੇ ਤੇ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਨਹੌਣਾ ਪਸੰਦ ਨਾ ਕਰੇ । ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਸਾਦਾ ਹਰਪੀਜ(ਸਾਰੂ ਥਾਓ) ਹੋਵੇ ਜਾਂ ਅਤੀ ਦਰਦ ਜਲਣ ਖਾਰਸਦਾਰ ਫਿਣਸੀਆਂ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਤੀਜ ਦੇ ਚੜਦਰਮੇ ਜਿਹੀ ਸ਼ਕਲ ਵਿਚ ਜਾਂ ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਜਨੇਉ ਪਾਏ ਵਾਝੂ ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਸੱਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਅੱਧੀ ਛਾਤੀ ਤੇ ਅੱਧੀ ਪੀਠ ਉਪਰ(Herpes Zoster)ਹੋਵੇ ਜਾਂ ਗੋਲ ਗੋਲ ਦਿੰਦੀਆਂ (Herpes Cirrinnatus)ਹੋਣ ਤਾਂ "ਸਲਫਰ" ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਹੈ ।

CHAK 4/14L :----
From Kamalia to CHAK4/14L, a village next to Zahid 's parental village at CHAK4/14L. Across western Punjab, there are many villages with the appellation CHAK, followed by numerals. After the demise of the Sikh Empire in 1849, the British in the late 1800's implemented a plan to colonise the forests of the punjab by creating agriculture canals that siphoned water from the rivers.The colonies were named with a systematic allocation of numerals to the word CHAK , denoting a block of irrigation land.
The Gurdwaras created in these CHAKS had designs reflective of modern architecture. Most were flat-roofed, without domes and the brick sizes were larger than the size of the nanki bricks of the Sikh era. Gurdwara building in CHAK4/14L , built in the centre of the town, was reflective of these newer architectural styles.
As Zahid had not visited his village for a year, he was surprised to see the Gurdwara building undergoing renovation.
Walking through the lanes of the village a man pointed at a home saying that before partition it belonged to a Sikh family and still has Gurmukhi inscriptions on the walls.
Inside the unkempt home which is about to fall apart, I found old writings in Gurmukhi and Urdu on a wall. I was amazed at the high quality of ink used even in the home of the ordinary people, as it has survived seven decades.

ਨੱਕ ਤੋਂ ਖ਼ੂਨ ਚੱਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਮੱਥੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਦਬਾਉ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰਾ ਸਿਰ ਵੀ ਬੋਝਲ ,ਖ਼ੂਨ ਇਕ ਜਾਂ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਨਾਸਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਤਿਪਕਾ ਤਿਪਕਾ ਜਾਂ ਧਾਰ ਬੰਨਕੇ ਵਗਦਾ ਹੈ ।
ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਠੀਕ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੰਖੇਪ ਜਿਹਾ ਸਮਝਣ ਲਈ ਤਿੰਨ ਹਿਸਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੰਡ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਾ ।
(੧)ਕਿਸੀ ਬੀਮਾਰੀ ਤਪ ਆਦਿ ਦੇ ਖਤਮ ਹੋਣ ਵੇਲੇ ਨਕਸੀਰ ਦਾ ਫੁੱਟਣਾ ।
(੨) ਖ਼ੂਨ ਦਾ ਦੋਰਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਧ ਜਾਵੇ ਜਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਨੱਕ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰਲੀਆਂ ਖ਼ੂਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਬਰੀਕ ਰੰਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਖੁੱਲ ਕੇ ਪਤਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਗਰਮ ਖ਼ੂਨ ਵਗ ਪਵੇ ।
(੩)ਦਿਮਾਗ ਦੇ ਹੇਠਲੇ ਨਰਮ ਅਤੇ ਬਰੀਕ ਪਰਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਖ਼ੂਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਬਰੀਕ ਰਗਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਖ਼ੂਨ ਦਾ ਦਬਾਉ ਵੱਧ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਮੂੰਹ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹ ਜਾਵੇ ।ਮੂੰਹ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਲਾਲ ,ਕੰਨ ਜਲਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਤ ਨਕਸੀਰ ਫੁੱਟ ਤੁਰਦੀ ਹੈ ।

ਉਸ ਰੋਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਨੱਕ ਦੀਆਂ ਨਾਸਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੋਹਕਾ ਜਾਂ ਨਰਮ ਰਸੌਲੀ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਾਇਹ ਤੋਂ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ।
(੧)ਮੋਹਕਾ ਜਾਂ ਰਸੋਲੀ ਸਫ਼ੈਦ ਪੀਲ਼ਾ ਭਾਅ ਮਾਰਦੇ ਨਰਮ ਪਿਪਿਲੇ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਦਰਦ ਦੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਲਾਜ ਨੂੰ ਜਲਦੀ ਕਬੂਲ ਕਰ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ ।
