🎓 At IIM Ranchi, Siddhant Jain, Director, Orchid Medical Centre, spent two engaging days talking to management students about the realities of healthcare leadership through Competition Dynamics in Healthcare and Business Strategy in Healthcare. The sessions explored how organisations can navigate competition while building long-term strategies without compromising on patient care.

These conversations went beyond textbooks, reflecting real challenges, real decisions, and real impact. Through industry-driven discussions on competition, strategy, and the evolving business of healthcare, students gained insights rooted in real-world experience.

🤝 What stood out most was Siddhant Jain’s leadership style. At Orchid Medical Centre, he is a hands-on leader, always approachable, always open to guidance and dialogue, and known for solving challenges on the go.
