✅FEEDBACK- FOR RECOVERY FROM HAMSTRING PULL WITH HIP PAIN- A patient from France has arrived to us with severe pain around hip, radiating towards right hamstring. She has to do her training sessions somewhere but she was unable to.
👉She was unable to put full weight on her right leg , also it was difficult in turning on the bed, sitting for long time and was unable to do any kind of exercise activities like yoga, gyming, brisk walk, running etc.
⏩ After the full assessment we focused on the root cause of her pain and discomfort. She was here just for 3 days in Haridwar, it was a challenge to make her recover from such a painful condition.
💯 We used advanced techniques like dry Needling, IASTM, few adjustments, cupping, specialised exercises etc she has recovered immensely within just 3 days and she was able to put her weight on the right leg, can do brisk walk ,pain was reduced a lot. Now she can join her yoga training sessions.
😊She was very supportive, co-operative,enthusiastic & lovely person.

✳️✅️Mobilisation with Mulligan Belt to increase Wrist Flexion and Extension-
Common Causes of Wrist Stiffness
1. Injuries & Overuse
👉Sprains/Strains: A fall onto an outstretched hand can damage ligaments (sprain) or tendons (strain).
Tendonitis (e.g., De Quervain's): Inflammation of tendons from repetitive motions (gripping, twisting), causing pain and swelling.
👉Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI): Chronic overuse from typing, assembly work, or sports leading to persistent stiffness.
Fractures: Broken bones, sometimes from sudden impact, causing significant swelling and inability to move.
2. Arthritis & Degenerative Conditions
Osteoarthritis (OA)
Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA)
Gout:
3. Nerve & Tissue Issues
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome: Pressure on the median nerve, causing numbness, tingling, weakness, and sometimes stiffness.
Ganglion Cysts: Noncancerous lumps on the wrist that can cause pain and affect movement.
4. Other Factors
Infection (Septic Arthritis): A bacterial/viral infection in the joint, a medical emergency, presents with redness, warmth, fever, and pain.
Poor Posture/Ergonomics: Awkward wrist angles during repetitive tasks can strain tissues.
Injury: Wrist pain with bruising and swelling is often a sign of an injury. Signs of a possible broken bone include deformed joints and inability to move.

➡️In this video- Patient's wrist movements are restricted, here mobilisation with belt is helping in opening the joint, adding mobility, flexibility to the Wrist.

✅STIFF SHOULDER/ RESTRICTED ROM/PAINFUL SHOULDER-
⁉️HOW DRY NEEDLING HELPS?
