Midline diestema because of a missing permanent tooth (canine) !
Midline is shifted and on OPG x-ray and CBCT the canine was showing so badly impacted that no extraction was possible and hence no braces (orthodontic treatment) possible !
Patient has been trying to fix her smile since 20 years..she was so conscious while smiling that she has made her upper lip cover it everytime !
finally we did it 😁
Patient wanted white shiny bright teeth so we obliged 😁
