This flower has had importance in ayurveda for thousands of years & now trending as "Blue Tea"- free from caffeine, has zero carbs, fats, cholesterol so a perfect blend for your weekend cleanse.
💙Prep : After the water gets boiled, add fresh/dired 2 3 blue pea flowers (Clitoria ternatea), also known as Aparajita/Shankhapushpi & let it mix with water for around 3-5 minutes. Add some sugar or jaggery for a sweet taste(optional). Once brewed, tea may change color to magenta or violet & you can modify this by adding lemon .
💙Consumption : Once or twice a week on an empty stomach helps to flush out toxins & provides amazing benefits.
