A 47 years Male case came with H/O pus discharge in peria**l region since 1yr and case Diagnosed as Transphincteric Fistula in ano with secondary tract (having 2 external opening and one Internal opening).
OPERATION PROCEDURE:- IFTAK (Interception of Fistulous tract and application of ksharasutra )
And Patient is under follow up for Dressing and ksharasutra change. Thank you
NOTE:- No Recurrence rate of disease by Ksharasutra application is the beauty of Ayurveda

A 17 year Male case came with recurrent fistula in ano,having single internal opening at 12 'O' clock around 1.5 cm above the a**l verge and tract extending in to the intersphincteric space there it divides into two tracts one gets openes at 11 '0' clock and another at 2 '0' clock as a external openings.Operated with Intersphicteric window method with KSL ( MIKST) under local anaesthesia @ our hospital .Thank you 🙏
