🌿 Kabhi kabhi sab theek hote hue bhi… mann theek nahi hota
Aap haste ho… logon se milte ho…
Par andar se ek khali-pan mehsoos hota hai…
Yeh weakness nahi hai.
Yeh Depression ho sakta hai.
💭 Depression ka matlab sirf udaasi nahi hota…
Har cheez mein interest khatam ho jana

सिर्फ सफाई ही नहीं…
अपने घर को negative energy से मुक्त करके
positive energy से भरना भी उतना ही ज़रूरी है 🙏

🌿 Negative Energy Release करने के लिए Grounding Techniques:

1. Salt Therapy 🧂
पूरे घर में (bed, sofa, corners) हल्का सा नमक छिड़क दें
5 मिनट रहने दें, फिर झाड़कर साफ कर दें
👉 यह stagnant energy को absorb करता है

2. Salt Water Cleaning 🧹
पोछा और dusting नमक वाले पानी से करें
👉 इससे घर की vibrations हल्की और fresh होती हैं

3. Salt Bath 🚿
नहाने से पहले हाथ, पैर और body पर salt (normal या pink/Epsom) से हल्का scrub करें
फिर wash कर लें
👉 यह body की negativity और heaviness को release करता है

Lekin asli respect tab hota hai jab hum dil se feel karein, samjhein aur gratitude ke saath naman karein।

Trigger → Emotional discomfort → Craving → Justification → Action → Guilt → Repeat
Most log sirf “action” ko dekhte hain.
Lekin therapy cycle ke starting point par kaam karti hai — trigger awareness aur emotional regulation par.
Jab aap seekh jaate ho: • Emotion tolerate karna
• Urge ko observe karna
• Delay technique use karna
• Self-compassion rakhna
Tab cycle tootna shuru hota hai.
Relapse ka opposite “willpower” nahi hai.
Relapse ka opposite hai skill-building.
Healing slow ho sakti hai, par structured ho sakti hai. 🌿

Because healing is not just about learning a method.
