30 yrs old young male pt with severe pain and stiffness bilateral hips since 3 years.
Diagnosed as having severely damaged and ankylosed hips with soft tissue contractures with limb length discrepancy.
Challenges were:-
1. To deal with Distorted anatomy and soft tissues contractures.
2.Acetabular cup position
3. To restore limb length equality
4. Restoration of Centre of Rotation to restore hip biomechanics

Successful Bilateral Total Hip Replacement was performed and was able to achieve proper implant position, equal limb length and good joint mechanics.

Pt is walking pain free right from the next day.

Planned and executed successful Hybrid THR ( uncemented acetabular replacement and Cemented Femoral side replacement.)

From struggle to strength!
Witness the incredible journey of a 32 yrs old patient who battled a damaged hip due to avascular necrosis of his femoral head. He was walking with pain & tilt since last 2-3 yrs due to leg shortening, resulting in stress on spine and knee.
Watching the incredible transformation in his pain free walking with equal limb length after 2 months of successful hip replacement surgery using MIS technique makes us realise miracles happens.

There is no greater joy for a surgeon than to see the beaming smile on a patient's face after they've undergone a major surgical procedure.

As a surgeon, seeing the satisfaction and gratitude in the eyes of a patient post-surgery is a fulfilling experience that reaffirms the reason why we chose to enter the noble profession of medicine.

I recently had the privilege of treating Miss Meenakshi , who underwent Total Hip replacement surgery for post traumatic osteonecrosis of femoral head 20 days back.
Witnessing her walk with confidence and ease post-surgery brought immense happiness
to my heart. Her words of appreciation and kindness were the ultimate reward for all the hard work and dedication our team put in to ensure a successful outcome for her.
