30 yrs old young male pt with severe pain and stiffness bilateral hips since 3 years.
Diagnosed as having severely damaged and ankylosed hips with soft tissue contractures with limb length discrepancy.
Challenges were:-
1. To deal with Distorted anatomy and soft tissues contractures.
2.Acetabular cup position
3. To restore limb length equality
4. Restoration of Centre of Rotation to restore hip biomechanics

Successful Bilateral Total Hip Replacement was performed and was able to achieve proper implant position, equal limb length and good joint mechanics.

Pt is walking pain free right from the next day.
