A great day finishes peacefully now - we are very grateful for our starting day of Pankaj Yog! We had amazing individual classes and great talks about yoga and lifephilosophy! Thank u for being our guests today and hopefully see you tomorrow in our classes from 6am - 10.30 am (UTC) and 1.30-5 pm.
Tomorrow at 3pm (UTC) Ellam - our great english yogateacher is going to do the Kriya of the month.

Amazing - we had our first online class this morning and it worked out very well 🥰🧘🕉️ Even Kali - our dog - joined the class and looked happy 😌

There will be another class at 3.30 pm (UTC+2) with Pankaj - he teaches you original Ashtanga!! Save one of the first 20 bookings per class and it's totally free for you!
