Almost exactly 5 years after my first ashram experience, I have returned to India to deepen my practice and to learn how to share yogic teachings to uplift others - how to be a yoga teacher.

To call this simply a yoga teacher training course is an understatement. In learning the traditional practices of yoga I have found a deeper connection to myself, nature, and beyond. And the journey is just beginning.
