๐๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฌ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ ๐ซ๐ก๐ฒ๐ญ๐ก๐ฆ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ญ๐ก ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ, ๐๐ฌ๐ก๐ญ๐๐ง๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ฌ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ง ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ ๐ฌ๐๐ช๐ฎ๐๐ง๐๐ โ it becomes a sฤdhana. ๐๐๐๐ก ๐๐๐ฒ ๐จ๐ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐๐๐, we step onto the mat with โabhyฤsaโ (consistent practice) and โshraddhฤโ (faith). We learn to hold space between inhale and exhale, between effort and surrender.
Tristhฤna โ breath, ฤsana, drishti โ anchors us. The vinyasa becomes a moving prayer, a return to self. โTapasโ burns away distractions, โsvฤdhyฤyaโ guides us inward, and โฤซลvara praแนidhฤnaโ reminds us that yoga is an offering.
This practice humbles the body, sharpens the mind, and opens the heart. As future teachers, we arenโt just learning how to instruct โ we are learning how to embody. To transmit not just poses, but presence. Not just form, but feeling.
Ashtanga Yoga is our fire, our mirror, our mantra โ and this TTC is the fertile ground where discipline blossoms into devotion.
โYogaแธฅ citta-vแนtti-nirodhaแธฅโ โ Yoga is the stilling of the fluctuations of the mind. And in this stillness, we begin to truly hear the wisdom within.
