In this place, in the lumbar region of the spinal cord, the third major subtle power center of the body, the 'Manipur' Chakra is located. Scientists whom the Solar Plexus or Surya Chakra refers to, another name is also 'Agni Chakra'.
The 'Manipur Chakra' has special significance in Kundalini Jagran. As such, the origin of the Kundalini superpower is the Muladhar Chakra, but its origin is in the navel line at six fingers high. The energy that is available to the Muladhara for conducting its work, it actually reaches from inside to outside through the navel. The main reason for this is the presence of the sun in the navel. Through pranayama and dhyana-dharana, the Sun in the Navel Institute and the Sun in the Universe are combined, and from that place, the subtle arts of mixed prana energy reach the base and help in the awakening of the dormant Kundalini. It is said in this respect in the scriptures - 'Udre tu yam vidyadadityam navel mandale' means yama in the stomach and sun in the navel system. Patanjali Yoga Sutra 3/26 also states the position of the Sun in the navel center and that it is said that by controlling it, one gets the knowledge of Bhuvan ie Lok-Lokantras. Being related to the Sun, the light rays of the Manipur Chakra permeate the entire body and all the secrets of the body and the world are revealed to the seeker.
Describing this institute in the Atharvaveda, it is said that just like the clouds of the rain are cloudy, in the same way, in the body, the center of the umbilical cord, the Sun Chakra located from the navel, from which they control the entire body system. Shiny like a gem, this institute performs its functions like fire and provides energy-heat to the activities of life. It is also called Tejas Kendra.
In the Vedas and Upanishads, this has been addressed by the names of Vishwanar, Pushan Agni, Solar Tej, Antarjyoti etc. This center serves all types of fire. With this awakening, all the three fires of the body are illuminated and help in making the soul consciousness upward. Due to the predominance of fire element, it is also the center of vigor, courage and valor, determination and valor. It is related to sleep, hunger, thirst. While lying dormant, only disorders of jealousy, craving, fear, hatred, greed, attachment etc. remain in the mind. Under normal circumstances, only the energy available to carry out biological activities is available, but after effortlessly awakening and developing the fire cycle, man gets control of his desires. The fear of sorrow, disease and death does not haunt him. With this, he becomes the master of psychic abilities.
In the Ayurvedic texts, the Manipur Chakra has been considered the center of the Sun, Agni or the same Vayu that digests the juices, metals, f***s, doshas, mangoes etc. Digestion of food is not done properly due to its imbalance or slackness. On the contrary, it starts absorbing metal and f***s and eventually absorbs the vital energy and pushes the person to the face of death. In this context, medical scientists have made deep discoveries. Presenting the conclusion, he said that by focusing attention on Manipur located in the navel region, the same air and fire fall into equilibrium. First, the same air activates and stimulates fire. Thereafter, this fire participates in digestion and absorption. This not only improves the physical-mental health progressively, but also increases the power of speech. The same thing is said in Sushruta Samhita 66/92. Describing it as marmastha, it is said that this place is the apex of all productions. The shock can prove fatal to a person.
Navel Chakra is the center of Tejas, the power of knowledge, because it is the place of establishment of the Sun. It is closely related to our instincts. When it remains active in the enlightened state, then the emotions and circles are high level. In the mind, waves of euphoria flow. But ominous circles emerge in compressed state and the mind remains depressed and depressed. Normally, the natural flow of solar energy in this power station is continuous. However, whenever a human being interrupts that flow through his or her own thoughts, behavior or actions, life element-life becomes prone to many ailments due to lack of energy. Due to continuous narrowing, the associated pulse groups become weak and due to excessive shrinkage, the flow of vital elements in them stops. This center has the amazing and immense potential to generate life elements.
The navel symbolizes the sun. Prana consciousness originates from this center. Actually, the Sun Chakra is awakened by Pranayama and Savita Sadhana, so that the soul keeps developing its life, by connecting itself directly with the Sun.
