It is a slow form including stretching, which focus on body purification and the awakening of panic energy. It is the most practiced yoga in India and is taught in most of the Ashrams in Rishikesh. Our Hatha trainer will explain around 65-70 Poses during the Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh along with particular attention placed on how to get in and out of the pose, its alignment and the correct and incorrect versions of each pose.
