# In this Kundalini Yoga TTC, you will be immersed in the deep knowledge of Yoga and Kundalini.

Course will be taught by talented and notable yogis and remarkable Yoga masters who have experience in Yoga and Kundalini.

#3 hours of asana practice.

final written exam is taken at the end of the course.

the completion of the course, you will be certified with a Yoga Alliance Certificate.

What is Vajrapradama Mudra? -
Vajrapradama mudra is a yoga hand gesture believed to build trust and self-confidence. It is one of many hasta (hand) mudras designed to have a positive effect on physical and mental/emotional health. To perform this mudra, the fingers are crossed, or woven together, and placed in front of the chest over the heart center with the thumbs spread apart and pointing toward the collar bones. The term comes from the Sanskrit vajra, meaning “thunderbolt” and mudra, meaning “gesture.” This mudra is typically translated as the “mudra of unshakable self-confidence.”
